Simple passing drills for AT Home touches. Focus areas:
Feet movement and balance - step and balance to ball pior to contact
Contact point with the ball - maintain forward contact
Maintain body balance and position - through each contact and into the next
Contact ball on mid-line of body and above the forehead
Right foot stays slightly forward
Extend arms forward while absorbing contact and extending through wrist release
Move feet to keep ball contact on midline and above forehead
Start with 3 step - Load on on forward foot
First step - arms neutral or slightly forward
Second step - arms begin to swing back
Close step - arms swing forward and aid lift off
