2021-2022 WEST VOLLEYBALL BEACH SEASON OVERVIEW

TRYOUTS AND PRACTICES

WEST Volleyball will be hosting BEACH TEAM tryouts and initial team practices at the beach starting the week of JULY 5th.  

HIGH SCHOOL BREAK

With all high school volleyball seasons being postponed until spring, the club volleyball community is faced with a big challenge.  Conflict for practice time and tournament schedules is not in the best interest of the athlete so WEST Volleyball will break from early December through the end of the high school season.  Practices and tournament play will resume when conflicts are over.

FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Team commitments will require a deposit for uniform and athlete registrations and families will be responsible for a monthly training fee solely during active months of practice (no fees will be collected during any unforeseen statewide restrictive play orders).  Tournaments will be scheduled according to team and tournament availability.  Each tournament added to a team schedule will be an additional cost based travel requirements and operation costs.  We hope that with this new payment plan, we can continue to keep our players on a structured practice schedule, play in tournaments when available, offer a safe solution to gym closures and Covid 19 restrictions, and provide parents a financial peace of mind.

TEAM REGISTRATION

 WEST Payments will be processed through your account on SportNgin (our website).  A registration link will be emailed to you that will allow you to register for your specific team and manage payment information and payment method.

YOUTH BEGINNER GROUPS (AGES 9-13)

ROYALS Program: Royals is designed for young athletes ages 9-13 that may be new to volleyball and would like to learn the basics of serving, passing, spiking, positions and competitive play.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION

MEDIA GUIDE ADVERTISEMENT PURCHASE

Use this payment tab to purchase media guide advertisements.  If a business is purchasing the advertisement on behalf of a WEST athlete, please be sure to fill in athlete name and team name during the checkout process.
