Age Definitions 2023-2024
- 18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 (including high school graduates eligible based on the above paragraph)
- 18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2004 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year are eligible to compete on 18 and under teams.
- 17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 Girls 17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 (18 years or younger) who shall neither have completed nor are in a grade higher than the eleventh grade (11th) during the current academic year will be allowed to participate in the 17 an under age division. This age waiver is still subject to frozen roster rules. (This age waiver is based on recruiting concerns for girls in the 11th grade who would otherwise be required to participate in girls 18’s qualifiers and the Girls 18’s GJNC.)
- 16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
- 15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
- 14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
- 13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
- 12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011

The WEST Media Guide is intended to connect our athletes and club to the local community through the presentation of WEST Media alongside local and family business advertisements and promotional material. Club families, family businesses and local businesses purchase advertisements and will receive 5 copies of the Media Guide for each advertisement purchase. Media Guide details have been emailed and examples are listed below- please email COACHSAMPOTTER@YAHOO.COM with any questions concerning the media guides.
